Frequently Asked Questions

Generally 12 months. For critical processes (pharma, food safety, aviation) 6 months is recommended. An intermediate check is essential after heavy use, vibration or shock.
In large-volume equipment such as ovens, incubators and cold rooms, multiple traceable probes (9–27 sensors) are placed to measure uniformity and stability. It is mandatory in GDP / GMP audits.
Yes — we perform accredited on-site calibration with portable dry block calibrators, reference thermometers and loggers. Large oven / cold-room mapping in particular is carried out on-site.
Insufficient immersion depth of the thermometer probe causes heat conduction loss (stem loss) and significant measurement error. The immersion depth used is reported separately on our certificates.
