Frequently Asked Questions

Depending on the manufacturer’s recommendation and usage intensity, 12 months is generally advised. For critical process measurements 6 months, and for laboratory reference multimeters the manufacturer’s interval should be followed. An intermediate check is recommended for instruments entering calibration for the first time.
Standard turnaround is 5–7 business days. Expedited 24–48 hour calibration is available for urgent cases. On-site calibration is scheduled according to our appointment calendar.
Yes. Our TÜRKAK AB-0186-K accreditation scope falls under the ILAC MRA (Mutual Recognition Arrangement). Certificates are valid in all countries with IAF and EA membership (Europe, USA, Asia, Pacific).
Options include free pickup through our contracted courier network, delivery to the laboratory in the original packaging, or on-site calibration. We provide special packaging instructions for sensitive instruments.
If the instrument measures outside its tolerance, we first inform you and, with your approval, carry out an adjustment. “Before calibration” and “after calibration” values are reported separately on the certificate. For instruments that cannot be calibrated, we provide a repair/replacement recommendation.
