Personal Data Processing Notice

This notice has been prepared by Enerji Kalibrasyon Laboratory in its capacity as data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

3. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data may be shared with third parties only where necessary for service delivery and within the scope of Articles 8 and 9 of KVKK:

4. Data retention periods
Your personal data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires. Commercial records are kept for 10 years; calibration certificates within the scope of accreditation requirements; and contact data until explicit consent is withdrawn, or for a maximum of 3 years.
